Tali Bray

Tali Bray is executive vice president and head of Technology Diverse Segments, Representation & Inclusion (TDSRI). In this role, she is responsible for leading efforts to transform Technology’s culture to ensure Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) is reflected in every part of Technology’s operations, processes, and programs.

In a strategic capacity, Tali executes Technology’s global diversity strategy, driving both workplace and marketplace outcomes. She is a member of the executive leadership team and ensures alignment between Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Diverse Segments strategy, Technology’s initiatives, and risk management and compliance.

Prior to leading TDSRI, Tali was the executive vice president and CIO of Enterprise Services & Portfolio Management. In this role, Tali led Wells Fargo’s transformative implementation of Service Management across IT, HR Service Delivery, Service Governance and Resiliency functions, as well as the development of the enterprise API Xchange platform across the company. Tali held additional technology leadership roles at Wells Fargo, including CIO of Enterprise IT for IT, head of Innovation Technologies, and CTO for Contact Center Technologies.

With over 25 years of innovation-focused industry experience, Tali has harnessed technical and business energies to achieve critical business and marketplace outcomes in roles across pre-IPO startups such as CNET and enterprise organizations such as Sun Microsystems.

Tali’s commitment to change and championing DE&I has been paramount throughout her career. Understanding global diversity requirements across all segments, combined with a deeply-rooted commitment to transformation and change management, is a core component of Tali’s work. As an out bisexual leader in Technology, a queer woman, and parent of a transgender child, Tali understands the essential need for representation and inclusion for all.

Tali earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University and is a board member of the GLBT Historical Society of San Francisco and the World Institute on Disability. Tali resides with her family in the San Francisco Bay area.
