Fabiola Herrera currently serves as a Mentor at ASEP - Asociación de Emprendedores de Perú and as a Global Mentor Resident at 500 Global, where involvement includes mentorship in startup viability and participation as a speaker. Additional mentoring roles are held at Rockstart and WOMCY, focusing on innovation projects in cybersecurity for Latin America. Fabiola is also an investigator at ISICRI and has been a professor at ESEP Escuela Empresarial del Perú since 2018. Prior professional experience includes serving as Labor Relations Manager at Nestlé and Legal Labor Specialist at Aris Industrial S.A. Educational qualifications encompass a Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Innovation for Business Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey, among other specialized certifications.
