Michael Blix began their work experience in 1997 with various companies such as RalphLauren.com, AutonNation, Inc., and The Reyolds & Reynolds Company, where they gained corporate training and leadership experience until 2010. In 2010, they joined Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP as the Director of Technology Training and Integration, where they led a team of technology trainers and implemented training initiatives firmwide.

Michael Blix attended the University of Dayton from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Michael also holds a certification as a Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) from CompTIA.
