Hector Harvey Cruz Bedoya is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operations. As the Head of IT Services Administration at WOM Colombia since November 2020, Hector leads the definition and control of service levels while ensuring continuous improvement in service management processes. Previously, Hector served as the IT Governance and Operations Manager at ETB, where responsibilities included strategy design, budget management of USD 23 million, and the implementation of ISO27001-compliant security protocols. Other notable positions include Gerente de Tecnologia at Universidad Los Libertadores, IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager at DIRECTV Latin America, and Director de informática at Universidad Manuela Beltrán. Hector holds an MBA with a focus on Global Administration and Computer Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana S.C., along with a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Antonio Nariño.
