Adam Jernigan has significant experience in finance, acquisitions, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as part of acquisitions and asset management at Wolverine Interests, LLC since 2021, Adam previously held the position of VP of Business Development at Embark from 2019 to 2020 and served as VP of Finance at AVL Growth Partners from 2018 to 2019. Adam founded Financials OnTap, operating from 2015 to 2018, and worked as a Finance Manager at ServiceNow from April 2012 to July 2015. Early in the career, Adam was a Financial Analyst at both JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Lehman Brothers. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Strategy and a BBA in Accounting, both obtained from the SMU Cox School of Business.
