Cindy Burrows has extensive experience in customer engagement and training, currently serving as the Director of Customer Engagement & Training at Wolters Kluwer since December 2013. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Director of Customer & Sales Training at Wolters Kluwer Law & Business from 2003 to December 2013. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan (1984-1988) and a Master of Education in Corporate Instructional Management from Loyola University Chicago (1991-1995).
