Bogdan Florescu is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Wolters Kluwer since January 2022, Bogdan supports the Finance, Risk & Regulatory Reporting business unit and collaborates with global leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Previous roles include Business Coach at The HR Guy, where Bogdan utilized Agile and Lean methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency, and Human Resources Manager at Eau de Web, focusing on developing and executing a people strategy. Additional experience includes positions at Bandai Namco Entertainment Romania, Hootsuite, Adobe, and Electronic Arts, with a strong foundation in HR operations and organizational development dating back to early career roles at EY and Conectys. Bogdan holds two Master's degrees from the University of Bucharest in Neurobiology and Neurosciences, as well as Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and has completed training at Erickson Coaching International.
