Maureen Rodgers is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and student recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition - Materials at Wolfspeed since December 2021, where responsibilities include leading recruitment strategies for the largest Silicon Carbide Manufacturing Facility in Chatham County, NC. Prior to this role, Maureen held positions at Wolfspeed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on high-volume technical roles and enhancing the Technician Recruiting Process. Previous experience includes serving as the Assistant Director for Student Staff Recruitment at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, overseeing recruitment for over 500 student positions, and managing operations for the Ram Village Apartments. Maureen holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fiber and Material Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
