Hubert Stepien has extensive work experience in the field of operations and engineering. Hubert started their career in 2000 as a Process Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they worked until 2007. After that, they joined Evergreen Solar as a Process Engineer and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Cree as a Manager, Crystal Growth Engineering, and then as a Department Manager, Materials Engineering from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Wolfspeed, where they started in 2019 as a Sr. Operations Manager and later became the Director of Operations in 2023.

Hubert Stepien has a Master of Science degree in Materials Process Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Hubert also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Worcester State University.
