Chloe Smith is an experienced culinary professional with expertise in various roles in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Wolfgang Puck Catering since November 2014, Chloe has also held positions as a Jr Sous Chef In Training and Cook within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Crew Member at Culinary Works from October 2013 to October 2014 and as a Self-employed Chef and Event Coordinator in 2013. Chloe's culinary career began with a role as a cook and garde manger at La Petite Grocery from March 2013 to May 2013. Chloe holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center (2012-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University (2007-2011).
