Ana Zorn is a Senior Associate at Wolf Theiss in Ljubljana since September 2019, focusing on corporate, civil, commercial, and insolvency matters, along with M&A transactions and public procurement procedures. Previously served as a Senior Judicial Advisor at the District Court of Ljubljana, where responsibilities included drafting judgments and conducting hearings. Ana began a judicial traineeship at the Higher Court of Ljubljana, gaining experience across various legal departments. Additionally, Ana worked as a Project Office Coordinator at SiEVA PRO d.o.o., managing project documentation and EU-funded projects. Ana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Ljubljana and completed high school at Gimnazija Nova Gorica.
