Katie is a Manager in Wolf’s Audit group, where she is responsible for delivering customized audit services to clients, as well as leading and supervising audit teams. Her primary responsibilities include planning the audit work program, preparing and reviewing work papers, and analyzing financial statements. She has more than five years of experience providing audit services to clients in various industries.

Katie resides in Brighton, MA. When she isn’t auditing, she can be found trying new restaurants, traveling to new countries, and spending time with friends and family.

Katie is a member of Wolf’s Technology Services team and Not-for-Profit Services team. Her areas of expertise include share-based compensation, complex capital structures, revenue recognition, and internal control recommendations for small and lower-middle market companies. Additionally, Katie has experience assisting broker-dealers with revenue recognition (ASC 606), FOCUS report filings, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), and expense sharing agreements.
