Dale Roberts is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in finance, economic development, and customer success across various sectors. Currently serving as the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Economic Development at Woking Borough Council, Roberts plays a pivotal role in the turnaround of a financially distressed local authority. As the founder of Jam Jam, a company focused on SaaS customer success and community projects, Roberts also serves as an advisor and coach. Previous roles include VP of Customer Success at Board Intelligence and VP of Customer Success and Services EMEA at Clarabridge, both in high-growth SaaS environments.
