Adam Przedrzymirski is an experienced professional in service design and customer experience, currently serving as the Design Lead at Woking Borough Council since October 2023. With a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences and enhancing internal processes through data visualization, Adam contributes to preparing the organization for a data-led future. Prior to this role, Adam worked at Hammersmith & Fulham Council as a Systems Analyst and Forms Developer, where involvement in the Resident Experience and Access Programme (REAP) emphasized user-centered design and customer touchpoints.
