Michael Samuel is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in restaurant management and kitchen operations. Since March 2015, Michael has served as the Owner/Operator of Wok Box, following a tenure as Kitchen Manager at Original Joe's from November 2011 to February 2015. Previous roles include Kitchen Supervisor at Howard Johnson and Cook at Boston Pizza, in addition to pivotal positions as Commie I in notable hotels such as Hotel Park Plaza and Café Italia, where Michael significantly contributed to menu planning and kitchen setup. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Commerce from Hansraj College, Delhi University, Michael possesses a solid foundation in business principles alongside extensive hands-on culinary experience.
