David Wojeski is the Founder and Managing Director of Wojeski & Company CPAs, P.C., where responsibilities include advising closely held corporations on tax matters and business mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, David serves as a Partner at Greenbush Financial Group, LLC, focusing on tax and estate planning for wealth management advisors, at CFO Advisory Group, where guidance is provided to high growth companies on strategic initiatives and capital deployment, and at Valuation Resource Group, LLC, assisting in financial litigation related to business valuation. David is also a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization Capital District New York. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany, earned between 1983 and 1987.
