Karlyn Biddle has an extensive work experience history. Karlyn started their career in 2012 as a Bridal Coordinator at Dolce Salon and Spa, where they worked closely with brides to schedule appointments and create a relaxing environment for special occasions. In 2013, they joined Advantage Office Suites as a Client Service Representative, handling phone calls, mail organization, and assisting tenants with technical issues. Karlyn then worked as a Personal Assistant at The Roman Agency in 2014.

Starting in 2014, Karlyn began working at Rodan + Fields in various roles. Karlyn served as a General Support staff member before becoming an Elite Support member, assisting high-achieving individuals with managing their organizations and developing problem-solving skills. Karlyn later became a Lead Returns Coordinator, managing the returns process for both the United States and Canada and coordinating with the Finance department. Karlyn then took on the role of Customer Care Supervisor, where they supervised a team and facilitated training during the market launch in Australia. Finally, they served as the Customer Care Business Transformation Lead, contributing to the development of a scalable eCommerce platform and representing the customers' needs to the product team.

In 2019, Karlyn joined Whole Foods Market as a Digital Product Manager. In this role, they managed large-scale projects, reduced operating costs through process optimization, and actively participated in the development of the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Most recently, in 2022, Karlyn began working at Woflow. Karlyn held the positions of Program Manager and Project Manager, utilizing their skills in project and program management.

Throughout their career, Karlyn has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate fast-paced and agile environments, prioritize and meet milestones, gather and analyze requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Karlyn Biddle attended Arizona State University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. Later, in 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Alison. Additionally, they received a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation from the Project Management Institute, although the specific start and end years for this certification are not provided.
