Rob Montgomery, MA, is a seasoned research scientist with extensive experience in the mental health and digital therapeutics sectors. Currently serving as a Research Scientist at Woebot Health since November 2022, Rob facilitates clinical trials aimed at improving access to evidence-based mental health services. As the Associate Director of Research at CBT California since September 2017, Rob leads a team in overseeing research projects and has initiated a transition to a digital data capture platform, enhancing data collection efficiencies. Prior roles include Research Scientist and Product Liaison at Twill, where Rob managed research on digital therapeutics, and various positions at UCLA Depression Grand Challenge, contributing to the development of personalized CBT treatments. Rob holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Master's in Experimental Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State University.
