Hans-Christoph Daase has extensive work experience in various positions. Hans-Christoph started their career at PwC Deutschland in 2011, initially working as a Consultant in Business Consulting. Hans-Christoph then served as Assistant to the Board of PwC Germany - Middle Market and Family Businesses before progressing to Senior Consultant and later Manager roles. In 2020, they became a Senior Manager at PwC Deutschland, but left the company in 2021.

In 2022, Hans-Christoph joined cridacon as part of their Interim Management / Restrukturierung team. Later in the same year, they moved to the Woco Group and assumed the position of Head of Transformation Office.

Hans-Christoph Daase has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Hamburg, which they earned from 2006 to 2009. Hans-Christoph later pursued a Master of Science degree in Economics at the University of Warwick from 2009 to 2010. In 2014 to 2016, they obtained a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation from the CFA Institute, specializing in Portfolio Management and Advanced Investment Analysis.
