Kira Lund-Probst's work experience begins with their current role as a Customer Success Manager at Woba since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Customer Success Manager for the UK market at Trustpilot from May 2019 to April 2021.

In 2018, Kira held the position of Marketing Coordinator at Teknologiudvikling ApS. During their time there, they were responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on social media and data collection. Kira also developed partnership strategies and qualified leads to support customer satisfaction, and worked on growth hacking projects to improve the customer journey. At Coop Danmark in 2018, they worked as a Project Coordinator at the brand management department.

Kira's work experience also includes being a Marketing and Communication Assistant at IBM from February 2015 to February 2018. Kira also worked as a Marketing Consultant at Optimeo from August 2016 to February 2017, where they developed social media strategies for customers and ensured their competitiveness on social media platforms.

Prior to that, Kira worked as a Manager at Weddings & Parties for Mielcke & Hurtigkarl from May 2013 to November 2015. Kira also served as a Project Assistant at Wunderman from November 2012 to November 2013, and as a Promoter at Pepperminds Denmark from January 2012 to August 2013.

Kira's earliest work experience includes being a Restaurant Manager at Restaurant Pibemølle from May 2009 to September 2012. During their time there, they gained experience in service and coordination, managed the company's Facebook profile, and handled daily operations in the bar and restaurant.

Kira Lund-Probst earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Organizational Communication with a focus on PR & Marketing from Copenhagen Business School between 2015 and 2017. Kira also holds a Bachelor's degree in Interculture Market Communications with Spanish, obtained from the same institution from 2012 to 2015. As part of their studies, they participated in an international marketing program at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2014. Before their university studies, they completed their education at Gribskov Gymnasium from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Music A, Spanish A, and Math B.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kira Lund-Probst earned a certification in "Den lovpligtige arbejdsmiljøuddannelse" from Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS in March 2022.
