Sumit Kumar is an experienced professional in workforce management and business analytics, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at WNS since November 2023. Previously, Sumit held multiple roles at FIS from January 2011 to October 2023, including Associate Director, Service Delivery Lead for Business Analytics, and various managerial positions within the Business Analytics Team. Sumit's early career included a role as a Workforce Analyst at vCustomer from October 2007 to December 2010. Sumit holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University, completed in 2009, with a major in English, Hindi, History, and Political Science.
