Puneet Dikshit currently holds the position of Global Insurance Business Unit Leader and Managing Director for International Delivery Locations at WNS, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, Puneet served as the Managing Director for International Delivery Centers at WNS Global Services since April 2019, overseeing operations across multiple countries including the Philippines, Spain, and North America. From October 2017, Puneet has been the Managing Director, CEO, and President of WNS Global Services Philippines Inc. Puneet's experience also includes significant roles at WNS Global Services, EXL Service, and Citicorp Credit Services India Limited, with a career in operations management spanning over two decades. Educationally, Puneet holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Delhi University, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
