Sean Holland currently serves as the Head of Claims & Operations at WNS Assistance since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sean held positions at Gefion Insurance and Qudos Insurance A/S as Head Of Damage Claims & Supply Chain and Chief Claims Officer, respectively. Sean's experience also includes roles at Markerstudy Insurance as Group Service & Supply Chain Manager and a lengthy tenure at Aviva, where responsibilities spanned from Supply Chain Manager to Business Development & Change Manager. Sean has a strong background in claims management, supply chain optimization, and operational efficiency, supported by a high school education from Easthampstead Park and East Berks College.
