Carin Baker started their work experience in 2002 as a Casting Director at The Voicecaster, where they worked until 2020. In 2008, they joined William Morris Endeavor as a Voiceover Client, and their tenure at this company is ongoing.

From 1998 to 2000, Carin Baker attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where they obtained an associates degree in acting.
