Bash Naran is an accomplished agent at WME (William Morris Endeavor) since May 2022, and co-founder of The Salon, a platform established in April 2019 to support South Asian artists and executives in the entertainment industry. The Salon aims to foster collaboration, mentorship, and advocacy within the community. Prior to these roles, Bash Naran served as a literary manager at Writ Large and worked at Doucce as a board member and chief marketing officer, contributing to the brand's rapid growth in the cosmetics industry. Additional experience includes a role in entertainment marketing at Creative Artists Agency and as a literary manager and producer at Plattform. Bash Naran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Political Science from Stony Brook University, as well as a certificate in International Economics from the University of Oxford.
