Hattie Young has extensive experience in finance and management within various organizations, currently serving as the Head of Finance at WMA since January 2017, following roles as Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager, with responsibilities including managing monthly invoicing and processing supplier invoices. Prior experience includes working as a Finance Coordinator and Royalties Coordinator at Ministry of Sound, where Hattie completed artist royalty statements and prepared payment runs. Hattie also held a position as Part-Time Assistant of Copyright and Collections at Absolute Marketing & Distribution, focusing on accurate royalty collection. Early roles included a Music Business Apprentice at Republic Media and news archiving work experience at South West News Service. Hattie’s educational foundation includes GCSEs and AS-Levels from Marlwood Secondary School/Post 16.
