Charles Cassity has extensive experience in transportation and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at WLX Transportation LLC since April 2014. Prior to this role, Charles was the Terminal Manager at Schilli Specialized Flat Bed Division from February 2007 to April 2014, overseeing a regional trucking operation with responsibilities in safety management, compliance, profit and loss, and driver recruiting. Charles also held positions at Central Transport, initially as Dock Manager and later as Regional Linehaul Coordinator, where duties included workforce planning and freight coordination. Charles¡¯s career began in the United States Army, where transportation management entailed coordinating the movement of military goods. Charles attended Barton County Community College from 2000 to 2002.
