Chip Carlton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and insurance industries. Currently serving as an Agency Representative at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company since January 2023, Chip previously excelled as a Business Development Manager at PropLogix from November 2014 to January 2023, where innovative marketing strategies were implemented to support real estate professionals. Prior roles include Marketing Director at Exacta Land Surveyors LLC, Field Representative/Account Manager at Tradesmen International, and Sales Representative at Verizon, alongside ownership and operation of Innovation Properties, LLC from 2005 to 2010. Chip holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Project Management from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained in 2009, and graduated from Karns High School in 2002.
