Michelle Oakes is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in engineering and supply chain management. Prior experience includes roles at Whirlpool Corporation from 2015 to 2019, where responsibilities encompassed Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager, focusing on architecture management strategy and product development processes. Michelle’s career began at W. L. Gore & Associates from 2008 to 2015 in several project management and engineering roles, driving advancements in medical device design and manufacturing. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Michigan State University.
