Pilar Leon is a seasoned professional in program and project management with extensive experience in the consumer goods and tobacco industries. Currently serving as Sr. Launch Program Manager at WK Kellogg Co since October 2023, Pilar previously held roles at Kellogg Company, including Launch Program Manager and Logistics Innovation Project Manager, from March 2019 to September 2023. Pilar's career began at Philip Morris International, where a diverse range of positions spanned from Product Development Project Leader to Material Quality Assurance from February 2009 to July 2018. Prior experience includes a position as Project Engineer at DISPROMAQ. Pilar holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
