Tim Beachy currently serves as Company Chair at WJS Canada, a social service organization employing over 600 staff across BC, Alberta, and Ontario since April 2016. Additionally, Tim holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Options Community Services Society, a role started in April 2013 after joining as a Director in March 2011. Tim has also been Chair of the Board of Directors for the BC Centre for Non-Profit Management & Sustainability since 2004 and previously chaired Options for Homes Society of Langley from April 2013 to August 2016. Tim's earlier experience includes founding and serving as CEO of United Community Services Co-op from October 1998 to March 2011, now known as Realize Strategies Co-operative. Tim holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Oregon, earned between 1978 and 1980.
