Jeremy Phelps is a versatile professional with extensive experience in sales operations, customer onboarding, and enterprise management. Currently a member of Wizards of Ops since February 2024, Jeremy has previously served as a HubSpot Specialist at JobNimbus, where significant improvements in sales efficiency and deal closure rates were achieved. With a solid background at Weave HQ as an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager and MetTel in various management roles, Jeremy has demonstrated expertise in optimizing processes, managing large-scale implementations, and collaborating with clients to enhance technology solutions. Self-taught in relevant skills from 2018 to 2020, Jeremy also holds a diploma from the Utah College of Massage Therapy and has a foundational education from American Fork High School.
