Oren Ofer is a highly experienced security professional currently serving as a Senior Security Threat Researcher at Wiz since November 2022. Prior to this role, Oren held multiple positions at Cybereason, including Principal Security Researcher and Security Researcher, from November 2016 to November 2022. Oren worked at Cisco from December 2014 to October 2016 as a Senior Information Security Consultant and Red Team Technical Leader, overseeing complex red team engagements and providing technical guidance. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Security Researcher at Radware, where Oren conducted advanced security research and created a malware analysis lab, and as a Senior Information Security Consultant at Ernst & Young, where Oren led teams in offensive security projects. Oren's career began as an Information Security Consultant at Hacktics Ltd. and included lecturing at The Open University of Israel, as well as sales management at Lenovo. Oren holds educational qualifications from The Open University and the College of Management.
