Maya K. is a seasoned startup mentor and advisor with extensive experience in the technology and entrepreneurship sectors. Currently serving as a Startup Mentor at multiple organizations, including 500 Startups, Alchemist Accelerator, Plug and Play Tech Center, and Orange Fab, Maya has been instrumental in guiding emerging startups. As Managing Director and co-founder of the Self Sovereign Identity Incubator, Maya leads initiatives focused on blockchain-based identity solutions. Additionally, Maya holds advisory roles at Wivity Inc. and Indicio.tech, contributing expertise in trust data ecosystems. Former leadership positions include Vice President of Business Development, Incubator Programs at the Sovrin Foundation and VP of Growth and Development at Digital Garage. Maya is also involved with the Women in Security and Privacy organization. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from AFI and additional training from The Knowledge Academy.
