Meredith Davis, Ph.D., serves as a Consultant in the Education Practice at WittKieffer since December 2021 and holds the position of Associate Vice President for Student Experience at Syracuse University since February 2020, where strategic direction is provided for six key departments and the Intercultural Collective was spearheaded to enhance collaboration among cultural offices. Previously, during a seven-year tenure at Rhodes College, significant roles included Associate Dean of Students in divisional strategy, inclusion, and involvement, where leadership was shown in strategic planning and bias education. Early career experiences include managing school programs at the National Civil Rights Museum and co-founding the Office of Social Justice Education & LGBTQ+ Communities at Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Women's and Gender Studies and two master's degrees in African-American/Black Studies.
