Johan Braaksma is a seasoned professional in the construction and maintenance industry with extensive experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Currently serving as the Head of the Mutation Department and Maintenance at Wits Vastgoedonderhoud Nederland since December 2017, Johan previously held the position of Owner at Bouwservice Braaksma en Calamiteitenservicenoord from January 2015 to January 2018, specializing in maintenance, renovation, and installation technology. Earlier experience includes a role as a maintenance carpenter at Heijmans from 1999 to August 2015 and as an interior and stand builder at Cenes Interieurbouw from October 2004 to October 2007. Johan holds a degree in execution in construction from ROC attended between 2014 and 2016 and completed a managerial VCA certification in 2015.
