Erwin van den Honert has extensive experience in the field of vastgoedonderhoud, currently serving as RGS-ketenregisseur and Projectleider RGS at Wits Vastgoedonderhoud Nederland since June 2022. Prior to this role, Erwin was Operationeel directeur at Van Aarle Vastgoedonderhoud from July 2021 to June 2022 and Projectcoördinator at Wits Vastgoedonderhoud Nederland from January 2019 to July 2021. Erwin's career in vastgoedonderhoud began at Van Aarle Vastgoedonderhoud, where the role of Manager Vastgoedonderhoud was held from August 2012 to December 2018, and included a stint as Projectcoördinator at Aannemingsbedrijf Smolders- De Moer from August 2009 to August 2012, along with a position as Werkvoorbereider at Alphons Coolen Bouw from February 2008 to July 2009. An internship at Heerkens van Bavel Bouw BV marked the start of Erwin's professional journey. Erwin holds an Ing. degree in Bouwkunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed between 2004 and 2009, and has pursued additional training through OCBI bv, BOB Opleiding, and Summa.
