James Chang is an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Persona since August 2020, James previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Square Capital from October 2015 to July 2020. Prior to that role, James worked as a Software Engineer at Oracle for a brief period from January 2015 to October 2015. James Chang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Caltech.
