Justin Niles is the Director of Engineering at Joy, where Justin is building a world-class life events platform. Prior to this role, Justin served as the Engineering Lead at Joy and Senior Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where Justin led teams to improve user experiences and drive product adoption. With experience at Card Isle and KEYW Corporation, Justin has honed their skills in web development and software engineering. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
