Tom Downing is an experienced Senior Motion/Interactive Designer at WITF, Inc., since December 2007, specializing in high-end motion graphic animation, video production, and interactive elements for both broadcast and web platforms. Additionally, Tom Downing has been a Freelance Motion Graphic Artist, Animator, and Web Designer since 2003, applying skills acquired from a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Savannah College of Art and Design. Prior experience includes a role as Animator/Artist at Wix Pix Productions, Inc. from March 2004 to December 2007, focusing on high-end commercial animation and corporate video production for various clients.
