Hugo Felgar is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in Java, JavaScript, JSP, and SQL. Currently working at WIT Software since October 2016, Hugo has previously held software engineering positions at HIS - e-Health Innovation Systems, where contributions focused on health sector solutions, and at Meticube, where participation in various national and European funded I&DT projects occurred. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra.
