Shelly Ballas is an experienced professional in procurement and sales management with a strong background in supplier performance and team leadership. Currently serving as an Indirect Buyer at Wissotzky Group since 2013, Shelly oversees supplier management, procurement activities, and cost reduction initiatives while providing support to internal stakeholders. Prior to this role, Shelly worked as a Sales Manager at Orange Business Services from September 2009 to January 2013, where responsibilities included human resources recruitment, training, and managing a team of 12 employees to achieve aggressive sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Shelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
