Monica Matison is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and people operations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Wisk since July 2024, Monica previously held the position of VP of People Operations at Shipwell, where leadership was provided to the executive team in developing the people strategy. Prior roles include Global Human Resources Director at 500 Startups, where oversight was given to HR functions for a prominent venture capital and startup accelerator, and People Operations Manager at Talend, focusing on employee relations and compliance.
