Anna O'Shea has a diverse work experience history. Anna currently holds the role of Creative Operations Director at Wiser, a position they have held since April 2022. Before that, they served as the Head of Creative Operations and Head of Projects at the same company. Prior to their time at Wiser, Anna worked at Jobbio, starting as an Account Manager in August 2015 and eventually moving up to become the Employer Branding Manager. Anna also worked as a Project Manager and Sales Assistant at Design Centre Dublin and started their career as a Visual Merchandiser at American Apparel.

From 2010 to 2014, Anna O'Shea attended Trinity College Dublin, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Social Policy.
