Anna Chekryshova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Customer Success Team Lead for Wise Platform since January 2022, Anna previously held leadership roles at CMA CGM, focusing on customer support and invoicing management for key accounts. Prior experience includes significant positions at APL, where Anna led teams and managed numerous projects during a corporate transition. Anna began their career in business process development and sales support, complemented by an MBA in Marketing from the Estonian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Tartu.
