Neha R. has been working in the business and systems analysis field since 2015. Neha began their career at the State of Maryland Department of Health as a Business System Analyst. In 2016, they moved to Anthem, Inc. as a Business Analyst. Neha then joined CHRISTUS Health in 2017 in the same role. In 2018, they became a PMO Business Analyst at the NYC Department of Education. In 2019, Neha transitioned to ACTIVE Health Management, Inc. as a Business System Analyst. In 2021, they began working at IAA as a Business Analyst. Neha is currently employed at McKesson as a Business System Analyst, a role they have held since 2022.

Neha R. has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Neha has also obtained certifications as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance and a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) from ServiceNow.
