Erin Vranas is a seasoned professional in the foodservice industry, currently serving as Co-Owner at Parthenon Gyros, an iconic Madison restaurant established in 1972, specializing in craft gyros and Greek yogurt. Erin has held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Restaurant Association since 2025, where involvement spans the Finance and Executive Committees. As a Co-Founder and Head Yipster at Yips Yogurt Chips, Erin introduced the innovative yogurt-based snack product. Past leadership experience includes serving as Past President on the Board of Directors for Madison Originals, representing over 45 local restaurants. Additionally, Erin has a background as a certified figure skating instructor with extensive competitive experience. Education credentials come from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
