Cecelia (Ceil) Duclon serves as the Executive Director at Froedtert Health and Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratory since April 2011, overseeing the laboratory's daily functions and aligning with organizational goals while ensuring fiscal accountability. In addition to this role, Cecelia has been the Interim Clinical Operations Officer for Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories since September 2015, directing a $70M+ budget and managing a team of 450 professionals. Prior experience includes serving as Lab Director at Community Memorial Hospital from July 1995 to March 2011, where Cecelia facilitated significant organizational changes during the hospital's transition into a Froedtert Health System facility, and as Microbiology Supervisor and Medical Technologist from July 1979 to May 1995. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the Lubar College of Business.
