Juli Baumgartner has extensive experience in contract management and communications within the technology and banking sectors. At the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) from October 2007 to the present, Juli managed global contracts with licensees utilizing technology developed at UW-Madison and oversaw licensing activities and a significant database conversion project. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Communications & Training at FIPCO from April 1989 to June 2004, where Juli developed products and training programs for member banks, authored software manuals, and coordinated user meetings. Juli holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 1979 and 1983.
