Akansha Khanna is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at CanadianSIM since August 2023, Akansha focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance. Prior to this role, Akansha worked at PeopleStrong as an Employee Experience Specialist, managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle for Indigo Airlines and Indus Towers Pvt. Ltd. Previous experience also includes positions as an HR Generalist at Bada Business Pvt. Ltd. and as a Team Lead/Coordinator intern at Maestro Recruiters. Akansha holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, along with a GNIIT in Computer Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology.
